AI agents and automation
Every company has work that comes back every week and that nobody enjoys: retyping data, sorting folders, updating statuses. An agent reads what comes in, works out what it is and updates the right systems. When it is unsure it puts the case in front of you instead of guessing. We put that same principle on your site, as a chatbot that takes part instead of talking beside it.

Custom web applications
Sometimes no standard application fits. Or you have three, and the thing you actually need is in none of them. Then we build it: a portal for your clients, an internal screen for your own people, or a tool that does one calculation. On top of the systems you already have.
A first working version is usually available within one to two weeks.
Consulting and strategy
Often there is no plan yet, just a question. An idea you want to know is worth pursuing, or a process you feel could run better without knowing where to start. We look at how things run now and make sure you know what to do next, with a price and a lead time attached.
One question is enough to start.
Data and dashboards
Most companies sit on more data than they can read: exports nobody opens, forms from years back, customer messages that only get searched when something goes wrong. We use AI to get through what a person cannot, and turn it into numbers you can base a decision on.
A first analysis of your existing data is usually there within one to two weeks.
In practice they run into each other
Almost no project stays inside one of the four. An agent that reads your email needs a screen where someone can look at the cases it is unsure about. A dashboard is only worth trusting once the numbers come from somewhere they are entered properly. And the question of where to start is itself the first question of the advice.
